Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To request a return, email royalforge94@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a shipping label. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Sale items, gift cards, personalized products, perishable goods, personal care items, and hazardous materials are not eligible for return. EU customers have a 14-day right to cancel or return eligible orders. Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact royalforge94@gmail.com.
